      There's a real passion for the work that we do - we honestly feel like we are changing the way that businesses buy technology, and there's an underlying energy that drives us to work really hard.

      Cons

      It can "suck up all the air in the room" - can take over your life if you let it, because you enjoy spending time with your colleagues outside of work and you end up working long hours because you care about the success.
