Many employees are treated really bad and are forced to go to court Most Managers have their favourites and assign strong territories to them HR is always takes the Managers side if things turn against you The pressure is very high and if you do't perform for a while they try to get rid of you quick Year over year things get worse...the Aloha spirit is gone, great people are leaving
