Pros

Work life balance, cutting edge technology, good social initiatives and involving. Nice offices and full freedom to work remotely, very big plus.

Cons

Some companies may result boring on the reference markets they provide solution so choose accurately. Maybe salary and benefits could be better when growing up in career, but I guess these are aligned with the market
