Too entrepreneurial if you're looking for a pure frame, it's not for you. it pays a bt less than market but definitely balanced by the culture and people

I wok for GoReply a child company of Reply. It's a relaxed environment, lots of projects to work on and very talented individuals within the teams.

Cons

Lack of proper management. They tend to attract new clients but unable to sustain them.
