      - learn at work and get assistance from team - expand your knowledge with any training you may need as long as it fits with your career path - a lot of social events - a lot of internal webinars to attend on tech and non-tech topics - a team that helps you become a teacher to deliver webinars, courses, conference talks - nice offices and flexibility to WFH even without COVID - and more that I cannot think at the moment

      Great Place to start

      Pros

      Reply is a great place for graduates to start at. I myself started as a graduate and have appreciated my time here so far. There is certainly a focus on career development and learning - as well as a drive to work on innovative projects as opposed to work for the sake of profit. Kudos is also deserving to the internal facing Reply teams that make an effort to put on fun events and webinars where support can be seen from upper management in the quality seen of these initiatives.

      Cons

      None to report so far. But I think I'll need more time here to sus these out.
