Freedom of technology usage and an open space for innovation. Space to grow. Close connection to the partners

Cons

Reply consists in a main company holding micro companies. This means that they give each of these micros the freedom to use any tools available and procedures since Reply provides only the basic to them. In the end this reveals a lack of internal systems, protocols and a lack of maturity for such a small company.
