      Cons

      Can sometimes be difficult to navigate the federated business model but potential to do a lot of collaborative work.

      Very nice colleagues with poor payment

      Pros

      The colleagues are very nice, many team events are held.

      Cons

      A lot of money is spent on food and events, but as far as pay is concerned, it is very insufficient. Salary discussions are hardly possible. Projects are hardly won and the projects are not really good.
