-you feel integrated -helped in need -listen to your need -nice comunity

Cons

-projects are not that diverse or many -in the last years there were no bonuses at the end of the year -not a lot of space to build your career, unless you find another project that satisfies your needs.

Good place to learn a lot of technology

Cons

You'll never become an expert, gerarghy system. For the manager is more important the visibility that they have with the CEO that the quality of your project. There are people that are manager and less valuable than a Junior position.
