- You're not pressured to do overtime

- Mostly flat hierarchy, that means you won't have any chance to go further than a Team Lead position; - Really high turnover, experienced personnel frequently leaving after they get to know the kind of place they got into; - Experience, skill and merits do not matter, higher positions are given to the people that has been with the company the most, people that gets into Lead positions are not guaranteed to be experienced or skilled enough to do the job; - Employees satisfaction is not an important indicator for management; - You'll usually get routed to the next vacant position irregardless of your experience or skillset;

Pros

Being a network of smaller companies, employees have direct access to management of their own company. This also mean that it is possible to experience many aspects of yout projects earlier in one's career compared to other consulting firms and gain valuable experience. For instance: estimates, costs, tenders. Hard work is rewarded, but there is no last man standing approach like in other consulting firms. This means work-life balance is great compared to the rest of the industry.

Cons

Again, being a network of smaller companies, much depends on which company of the network you will land your job in.
