      - Good entry level Salary - Good flexibility - Good work/life balance if compared to other consulting companies - Nice working environment - A lot of events and courses

      - Low personal growth - Almost no international experience or business trips - Lack of interesting projects - Low brand awareness outside Italy - Poor Management

      Pros

      Possibility to work with the better technologies, possibility to learn and to have responsibility. As first job it is a good opportunity.

      Cons

      Income is not so good also after several years of experience. It should be a little bit higher just to allow a better live experience.

      Salary is high for someone who just got out of university, a lot of chances to learn and grow

      Cons

      Overtimes aren't payed, hard to get promoted and in addtion promotions are often not meritocratic
