If you are someone that likes to learn on the job and has the motivation to tackle cumbersome projects, then this would be a good fit as there are always many issues to deal with that require multitasking and wearing several hats.

Pros

I had the opportunity to work on lots of interesting projects and build a broad skill set. The colleagues are really great and the proximity with other subsidiaries of the Reply group provides lots of opportunities for knowledge sharing. Oh, and the company events are awesome!

Cons

As is usual in consulting, work weeks often exceed the canonical 40 hours. Some projects may require lots of travelling.
