      International network structure. A flat structure both in the organisation and in the tools for the employees. A perfect environment for young curious people who like to continuously improve themselves and be up-to-date.

      Cons

      The workload can be tough at a certain moment of the year. All depends on the project you are assigned to, and on your managers' corporate culture.
