Pros
Reply is a great place for graduates to start at. I myself started as a graduate and have appreciated my time here so far. There is certainly a focus on career development and learning - as well as a drive to work on innovative projects as opposed to work for the sake of profit. Kudos is also deserving to the internal facing Reply teams that make an effort to put on fun events and webinars where support can be seen from upper management in the quality seen of these initiatives.

None to report so far. But I think I'll need more time here to sus these out.
