      Can decide on the direction you want to grow towards and will try to staff you on projects that you are interested in. Very friendly and welcoming people.

      Cons

      Management can be disorganised and some hiring decisions have been questionable

      Pros

      Hours are relatively flexible depending on which team you're on.

      Cons

      Base salary is extremely low. Work environment is toxic! The upper management give high promises for new projects but do not deliver. Managers can be very passive aggressive and don't show much interest in my work.

      Pros

      - Open doors mentality that allows you to reach Senior partners directly. - Great location - Diverse projects which provide great learning experience - Supports career progression of staff

      Cons

      - For some projects you will be spending most of your time at the client which makes you loose the connection with the company - Heavy dependence on Partners in charge of your company. Their competence varies across companies.
