      Too many companies, too many reality.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work on different projects, technologies and framework. Probably the best reality for the consulting area. Good company culture.

      Cons

      Quality and innovation are not a must. A lot of Managers and Seniors have neither a Bachelor's nor a Master's degree. Technical Career are less paid than business ones. Career opportunity depends on company size, management, luck.

      compensation aligned with the market a little bit better, good place for working, interesting, lot of professionals

      very challenging, based only in results, stressing a lot, work hours extended late evening
