Higher pay than usual for an entry-level position Basic free bonuses (coffee, table soccer)

Cons

Work is not very stimulating. There is a serious lack of senior technical workers, Lack of any modern software methodology (no testing, no automation etc) lead to badly delevoped code and half-functioning products.

It's a company suited for your first job and the career path is clearly stated.

Cons

There was lack of communication which led to very inefficient work. This problem was among different BUs and between management and consultants. Moreover, after few months, it was clear that there were few opportunities to grow professionally.
