      Pros

      Very good relationships between collegues because there is a very young environment. The working life is enjoyable and there are no time table. you just have to do 8 hours per day, doesn't matter if you start at 8.00 or at 10.00 or at 11.00. I really like it!

      Cons

      Once you are in a project, it's very hard change it. If you don't like it, or you don't enjoy work on it anymore, you can ask to your superiors if there are other opportunities, but the process to change into a new project is very very long.. it could take months. I really dislike it!

      Decent salary. If you get a good business unit you can learn a lot from senior colleagues.

      Cons

      Too much hierarchical, lack of flexibility and very slow decision making. Difficult to propose new technologies.
