Good starting point

Pros

Great starting point if you just got your degree. More focused on innovative technologies than other consultancy companies. Good chances to grow and very meritocratic. Typically good wages. Very good work life balance. No dress code.

Cons

Professional growth may be quick but limited, or in some societies it is more difficult to grow than others (may cause inequalities).

Pros

Informal and dynamic environment Nice people, from peers to the CEOs. Lots of projects to work on.

Cons

Despite its commitment on several areas of IT and its great entrepreneurial culture, the company, as many others in Milan, relies on cheap workforce from outside the region, who are willing to work for long hours and a low wage given the scarce opportunities in their own regions. This leads to a chaotic working environment where things have to be done in a hurry and software becomes hard to manage. Little focus on professional growth and professional software development.
