      A really toxic environment

      You can do things your way since you have no guidance from the managment / team leaders

      Cons

      Nobody there had a good experience, so you could not learn the good way of making things. You had to lerarn for yourself. Working extra hours off pay was a normal things and you if refused you would be looked down by the management.

      My work schedule was very flexible, my work was very challenging and interesting, and also personally rewarding. I felt like I was making a difference. I was paid well and had as much time off as I liked.

      Cons

      It got overwhelming trying to keep up with all the changes. I just needed something slower paced.
