      A lot of business trips and client facing opportunities

      Long and extra work hours, which are not paid. Experience varies a lot depending on the BU you find yourself in. Every BU treats and pays its employees differently. Moreover, I ended up doing the same thing over and over, so at the end I left. Turnover is high
