      Not so bad - Anarchy

      Pros

      young environment, time to study personal stuff.

      Cons

      no organization, too much hierarchy, people with no competences over you, no money for licenses, management spend money as they please for nice restaurant and taxi, maybe something else. A lot of people do not work properly and they do not write documentation.
