Pros

Reply is a wonderful place to make connections and to grow in your career. There were plenty of resources and education events that occurred on a regular basis. Leadership was particularly invested in making sure that we were all satisfied in our roles, and actively encouraged us to continue with our professional development. Company culture was one of learning, teamwork, and encouragement. Colleagues got along well, and we had a good time bouncing ideas off each other.

Cons

The main issue was organization. Details would fall through the cracks and that would set back our progress as we scrambled to find everything we needed to continue.

Pros

Flexible hours but still too many cons

Cons

Flexible hours means that it is up to yourself to manage your time. However, since other colleagues and the client have fixed schedules, this means sometimes you must be available more than 8 hours per day. Bad management of some reply groups, in my case, as recent graduate I expected to be followed by a person. I joined a team and I was introduced the first two weeks. Then I was alone and I had to hold presentations, answer questions of the client, introduce new colleagues. I mean I was doing the activities of a senior consultant and being underpaid
