Business Outlook

Pros

- long hours - projects are fine for entry level - compensation is fine for entry level - continuous learning is fine, and the xchange is really cool

Cons

- projects are terrible for skilled technical people, with very little chance of improvement - no real progression for technical people - compensation is not fine for advanced technical profile - too much emphasis on the sales component and no actual emphasis on the delivery value - continuous learning apparently is not applicable for senior position for the aforementoned reasons - there's a REALLY REALLY bad misconception with management equating sales and not a figure that address people growth and education, this causing significant confusion in early employee and an high dissatisfaction level from entry technical engineers that enters reply
