      - The people at RSA Archer are really great overall - Lots of opportunities to switch job titles, try new things, and find your ideal role - A great place to begin your career - Good benefits including vacation time, 401k match, and health plans

      - Below average pay compared to industry standards - Morality is at an all time low at the moment - Leadership has lost everyone's trust and failed to properly communicate with employees regarding major changes and recent layoffs - The company has acquired and sold a number of times in recent years. There's not enough stability.
