      Multidisciplinary, financially solid, promotes work/life balance (on paper), friendly atmosphere between colleagues

      Cons

      No progression, very formal/rigid, very heavy administrative processes, very high workloads, salary well below market benchmark. Being a conglomerate, it lacks the agility to adapt its pace/governance/processes to the markets being served by its "fringe" Business Units (no matter how profitable)
