      Good salary, friendly working environment

      Cons

      Pressure on technical coordinator is high. They act like the master of the project, managing from proposal phase to project implementation.

      The remote work policy they have (up to 12 days per month) is great

      Cons

      No appreciation of the work done even though you reach 40% over the objectives. Very low salaries and the don't give increases. Promotions do not come with pay raise Meal voucher that they calculate the amount by days you work so if you take one sick day they remove 6 euros from the voucher. Local Management is toxic DEI is a joke.
