      Pros

      Great team of consultants on my project, trying to do their best in a bad situation.

      Cons

      Poor leadership in the PMO, the lack of experience and maturity certainly stands out. Appalling behaviour, which is supported by the Senior Management Team. I was relieved to resign.

      Working on collaborative projects with a great team which are delivered to a high standard and well received by clients when management isn't involved. Got a free water bottle.

      Everything else. Woeful management. Constant gaslighting. Completely unprofessional.
