      Flexible and laid back work environment locally. Great community of people before everyone left.

      Cons

      Senior management detached. Poor pay. Non-existent support structures and organizational assets and structures. Company relies on the expertise of the employee's rather than maintaining a processes and systems to deliver work to clients.

      Global company that comes with a double-edged sword

      Hybrid working depending on your office Decent pay for first role out of university but issues once you progress Incredibly friendly and hard-working colleagues who go the extra mile (sometimes leads to burn out)

      Cons

      High churn over which leads to others taking on more work and some getting burnt out Headquarters controls everything so any issue in a regional country leads to long response time and new ideas can be shut down
