      Good compensation package Good work vs personal life balance (at least in the BU I work) You make your own future because you have the flexibility to be creative and build your own body of responsibilities Competitive environment (Good and bad)

      Politics, Politics, Politics You have to reaserch and be very proactive about your training You have to fight hard just to get the compensation you deserve

      Best benefits, perks and cutting edge technologies. Lots of travel and exposure to different technologies. Amazing BREW conference. Great location for HQ. Great long term benefits.

      Cons

      Avg lower pay, Avg lower bonus factoring the city that the company is situated in. Overall environment not suited for short term.
