      good top line and bottom line growth. flexible work schedule and good health benefits.

      Cons

      pay is lower than comparable jobs primarily because Qualcomm is the only big tech employer in san diego (apart from a handful of others). company has become too focused on execution and become a process oriented company. no room for innovation or learning. company has grown too big

      Not much of cons about Qualcomm. Compensation could be better. Few times it required stretch out for longer hours due to aggressive planning.
