      Great benefits, competitive salaries,free gym access, almost everyone gets their own office.

      Cons

      Extreme Politics, a weird HR dept that often goes on witchhunts because of a single malcontent's complaint, ill defined promotion policies.

      Qualcomm has great pay and great benefits. Flexible work hours are great and the workplace environment is excellent.

      Cons

      You will be expected to work more than 40 hours per week often, and have high expectations placed on you but you will be compensated for this.
