The division I worked in (Enterprise Wireless Solutions) had some very smart, experienced engineers and I got to learn a lot from them. - Innovative - Great benefits - Stable company - Qualcomm's name carries a lot of weight when looking for jobs

Cons

Too comfy. If you're a young engineer, stay for a few years but not longer.

Given the market trends , it will have good profit. So , you can get handsome salary with added perks. Good stock options. Latest technology San Diego is a pretty good place.

Cons

Need to put in extra work hours. Less Interaction with people. It may be specific to my job though.
