      Good benefits, salary, perks etc.

      Cons

      Cess pool of politics. Indians everywhere. Indians are now in the management position ( VP/SVP/GM -level) and some of them unfortunately cant even write or speak proper English. HR is in cahoot with the management and ignores employees concerns. Too much favoritism and incompetent people gets promoted whereas competent people just because of their physical traits can't get promoted. It is very unhappy place to work.

      Pros

      You may still find pockets of good teams who can still provide some good experience and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Fear is in the air. Innovation culture is rapidly deteriorating. Lots of smart employees are leaving or planning to leave within the next month. Qualcomm underestimated the number of engineers leaving for other tech companies and the bureaucrat senior level directors who survived are simply followers versus leaders. Right now, its not an attractive place for new, young technically savvy employees who would rather find a company that has a strong future vision.
