Pros
Exposure to very innovative and interesting technologies and more importantly, the people who are involved with developing and bringing these products to market.
Cons
No place is perfect, and Qualcomm is not perfect wither. It gets pretty close, but it appears that the politics got in the way of real progress at times. It was disappointing to see, but this is a large company and it's bound to happen.
