      Pros

      Good salary and one of the best companies in San Diego (not a lot of other options if you live in SD).

      Cons

      Not the awesome company it used to be. It used to be an innovative company with top talent, however, with morale declining, continuous layout offs/restructuring, little or no career path and growth and mid level management, people are looking elsewhere. It's become an old, stale company. Merit has decrease - bonuses are basically non-existent even for top performers. Healthcare is expensive - huge difference when we went from amazing healthcare to horrible overnight. Too many drastic changes hit all at once rather than easing through the these transitions.

      Pros

      fun people to work with, cool stuff to work on, cutting edge and great atmosphere. Was a great place to learn about the computer industry, boulder is an awesome location

      Cons

      Upper management does not know how to keep best engineers around. Massive layoffs happened and yet they were recruiting for identical positions on India.

      San Diego is so nice. 1.Benefit used to be good.. 2.It used have lots of smart people 3.Nice campus

      1.Tons of "managers" get paid by just pushing people and sending status report 2.Not a place for software engineer (Since they call everything as "script") 3.Low Low Low paid
