Quite big company. Difficult for horizontal transfer.

So boring. The job is stupid easy (basic C++, signal processing up until band pass filters, RGB encodings) so I don’t know why they insist on hiring the same bland introvert over and over with a high GPA and a masters degree. It takes very little analytical skill and getting some more dynamic personalities would make it far less culturally dead. The team I was first put in had a super high turnover rate
