People are extremely helpful, good benefits, laid back atmosphere...enjoyed working for the company unfortunately the role wasn't a great fit for me.

Cons

My biggest con was the inability to cross business lines, even after a federal manager talked to my HR Manager.

Cons

HR can be ruthless. Need to fight for the work you want. Salary is pretty low for industry and doesn't make up for the experience gained.
