Flexibility during non-peak period, you can work anywhere as long as work gets done.

Cons

Staff can feel like they are drowning in the many projects they are involved in. Bonus is moderated based on performance against others'.

Pros

Good but not great benefits. Fast promotion schedule with strong raises. Work with some of the best clients as well as smart and qualified coworkers. Credential bonus is nice

Cons

Long hours during busy season. 401k could be better but it isnt horrible. Starting wage after college seems a little low. Hectic scheduling if working multiple clients at the same time
