Takes the best care of their employees amongst all other major companies I've known. The perks are amazing.

Cons

As with every other big 4 firm. Sometimes the work gets overwhelming. But the company tries its best to give you relief wherever possible.

Pros

Interacting with some of the brightest and smartest people, learning how to interact with clients learning how to deal with pressure.

Cons

Bad environment to work in in terms of culture, no work life balance, remuneration does not match the work put in. Working for too many hours including weekends which is not part of the contract with no overtime compensation and still be rated badly at the end of the year.
