Low Salary just like any typical local auditing firm in the Ph Promotion is slower compared in the External Audit Group Busy season since it depends on your engagements so if all of your engagements demand lots of time, expect that its busy season throughout the year. Not really financial but more of risks, controls and processes so if you're a new cpa or fresh grad looking for extensive financial accounting experience, this is not the group for you.
