- We got in in batch so it's nice to have colleages - Broad variation of clients - Very good benefits

- Overtime and multiple client handling on busy period. - Promotion system that subjective and not quite fair

- Great learning experience - Will be part of many jobs - Seniors are nice and willing to help

Cons

- Can manage 2-5 jobs at the same time and you have only 8 hours which leads to OT-ing contantly - If you get a manager/director that does not teach you and gives you short deadlines you are dead - Pay is not competitive
