PwC Risk Associate reviews

At my time at PwC there were defintley some good people, but defintley will say the culture there is pretty cut throat. As I was a first instead of trying to help and guide me to learn - Seniors above would rather throw me under the bus and instead of teaching or have a one on one conversation on how to be better. I dont understand how this is some people style of teaching, we are a team. The better you are beneath me the better the team is ... I learned at this job you need to make sure you stand up for yourself.
