      Pros

      It is a good place to start working.

      Cons

      Difficult to promote because it depends so much on your direct boss, it is too subjective. Unfortunately I had a bad boss who did not allow to grow professionally. They do not pay overtime, they have a start time but not an end time. The remuneration is not according to the market (chile). Poorly executed SCRUM methodology. Based on my experience, the IT area does not have the weight it should have within the company.
