      Pros

      excellent professional support and development, great career coaching, great atmosphere and unique benefits, such as the wellness subsidy. Feel constantly challenged, and with great potential for advancement. There is alot to get involved in with the company, and there is a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      Very long hours, lack of variety on initial tasks for associates. During the busy season, hours can become so hectic as to take over your life.

      Pros

      Good training and knowledge sharing environment, excellant knowledge management, exposure to great clients and best practices, always on the cutting edge, contineously learning. Relatively informal work atmosphere, flexibility in work hours during summer months. Opportunities to network.The work exposure at PwC proves to be very valuable for a finance and accounting professional.

      Cons

      Lack of worklife balance, compensation and benefits are average, lack of transparency on promotions to certain levels and the annual ratings seem to be predecided without having much regard to individual job ratings throughout the year. A lot of things are committed to the small clients however client service for smaller clients is not upto the mark.
