      Pros

      A truly professional organization that values its most important assets - its staff. Everyone is held accountable for what they do and rewarded for a job well done. You cant survive long running under the radar here so you always need to be at the top of your game, but you get compensated accordingly.

      Cons

      If you want to coast along in life and work 9 to 5 every day with no stress or having to think too hard, its probably not the place for you.

      The staff at PwC, in general, are fantastic to work with - very bright and personable.

      Cons

      Once you have aligned yourself with a specific business offering it is difficult to try other service offerings.

      Pros

      Global firm / largest professional services firm. Many resources available. Nice group of co-workers for the most part. Great office location. Community service opportunities, lots of training available. Exposure to high-profile clients.

      Cons

      Advisory practice still in transition and not fully aligned in strategy. Feeling that all Partners aren't on board or understand the strategy right now either. Focus on selling more in a rough economy has left some good leadership and mentorship skills behind. Can be high stress at times. There is an unsaid expectation from some individuals for people to be available at all hours and to respond to email almost instantaneously.
