The employer is very transparent with the direction and long term goals of the firm. They display high integrity by honoring their employment offers they have extended while thier competitors are rescending employment offers. They provide opportuinties to tayor your carrer to your interests. The also allow many different types of flexible schedules and is willing to work with each individual employees situation.
Cons
It is hard to get timely performance feedback from superiors. This makes career devleopment difficult at times when you are not performing up to your superior's expectations. The work is very cyclical so you are either working long hours are having trouble fiinding work.
