Pros

PWC has a good entry-level salary and internship program. Depending on which sector of their Tax, Audit, or Advisory sector you are placed in will basically provide a different experience for each employee.

Cons

During a busy season the morale is generally low due to everyone working extremely long hours (80-100 hours/week, including weekends). Many "senior" associates have little or no knowledge or competence in the work they do and waste the time of everyone working on the project. The concepts and office environment is manipulated by HR which basically markets a bunch of lies such as "work/life balance". Unless you are head over heels about the accounting profession and are ready to make balance sheets something you eat, breathe, and live...look elsewhere.
