Pros

-Overtime is always available - You get to work with very nice people

Cons

- Discounts are available at Christmas, however it's before you get paid ......... Very clever *wink* - The uniform is black shirt and black trouser, not the best colour for really hot days

Pros

There were virtually no pros of working at Primark other than that they paid you for the hours you did and kept to legal employment requirements.

Cons

Awful managers who obviously had no levels of training and put lots of pressure on staff to do additional overtime even if they didn't want to. No benefits for working for the company.

Pros

Decent job. Lots of overtime every week. Nice colleagues.

Cons

It is stressful and very hard work. Being full time there could very a nightmare, on the other hand ot is also like going back the school.they treat the staff like children.A manager send you to tidy and 5 min later another send u to just walk and pick up clothes from the floor and then a supervisor send u to do exactely the opposite, sometimes u feel silly. There is a huge division betwen management and staff. If u are part time u work 4 hours with no break at all.and you never go out at the time you supposed to do it... it is always 20 or 25 min later, sometimes doing a very boring and repetitive work. Some of the managers are quite rude and unpolite, and not very qualified.Very rude customers. And you also have to learn everything by yourself, as they don't give any help training (8 hours of filling forms and reading safety stuff, that's the training). No chance of any progress.
