      Definitely different from store to store

      Pros

      Over time is definitely never unavailable and (depending on the store size) there is frequent opportunities for promotion. I much preferred working in a smaller store. Decent wage.

      Cons

      The managers/supervisors that didn't originate as a retail operative do not care about the staff. It seems like the managers think it is easier to just hire a new staff member than help you solve any problems. I'm sure it's not a secret that the customers are an absolute nightmare. I have no idea why they think it's okay to trash the store so much, but it really is horrendous. No discount.
