Pros

Great friendliness of staff and as a part time employee, three days off for my temporary contract as a Saturday only worker seemed very reasonable.

Cons

Not treated as an individual, which is to some extent imaginable as it has a large amount of staff, however it would be nice to have some effort to get to know the people who work for you.
